It costs £10 to register with the County ( for the photo-ID, etc ) and matches are normally one a month on a Friday, but Cup games are also played so some months there may be two matches.
Having been involved in the Interleague a couple of seasons ago I can tell you that a damn good time can be had and the level of play will improve any players game.
