      The local derby saw premier side BERRYHILL WMC take on TRAVS REST from division one...

TRAVS had home advantage and were well supported in a packed pub, Tom Pope (ex Port vale striker)

 took the opening frame for the bucknall outfit but Berryhill thern reeled off 3 straight frames.

T Winkle pulled the gap back to one frame but when Ben Walker jawed the black to level, Travs found

themselves 4-2 down, S Heath then won 3-4 before Berryhills T Ward edged past  Steve Furnival for the win.

    The other semi final was a much quicker affair which saw hight flying PLAYERS take on FLORENCE CLUB,

and the Newcastle outfit made short work of things running out 5-0 winners with winning frames for:

Andy Ellis, Nathan Jones, James Cheadle, Nick Baldwin and Paul Underwood
